Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola has adjusted public visitation hours until further notice. Public access to areas of public interest, including the National Naval Aviation Museum and Pensacola Lighthouse, is available Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Museum and Lighthouse are open to DoD ID card holders daily. The installation is closed to public visitation Monday through Friday. Visitors without a Department of War (DoW) ID must first check in at the Visitor Control Center at the Main Gate, at the south end of Navy Blvd., before proceeding to the West Gate, at the south end of Blue Angel Parkway.
Take your students on an educational journey through history, science, and maritime heritage at the Pensacola Lighthouse & Maritime Museum. Our guided tours offer an engaging, curriculum-aligned experience in a unique historical setting.
All field trips must be booked and paid for at least 30 days in advance. When scheduling, provide your desired date and time, total group size (students and adults), and chaperone details. Field trips may not coincide with special events such as Blue Angels Practice Viewings. Docents are offered by request only, and are dependent on volunteer availability.
